Ritual of use

1. Close your eyes, inhale deeply, then exhale slowly several times.
2. Imagine a shower of sparkling white light enveloping you from head to toe.
3. Visualize this light penetrating through the top of your skull and circulating throughout your body.
4. Let this light nourish and energize each of your chakras.
5. Visualize each chakra spinning with energy, starting at the top of your skull and working down to the root chakra.
6. When the light has revitalized this last chakra, let it disperse with gratitude.

Applying essential oils

Essential oils can be used individually or in synergy, according to your needs:

• Diffusion: to promote grounding and serenity.
• By local application (diluted in a vegetable oil) under the feet, on the lower back or on the coccyx.
