Precautions for use

Citric acid is biodegradable and non-toxic to humans and the environment. However, it is irritating and can cause burns if it comes into prolonged contact with mucous membranes. It must therefore be used with care (wearing gloves in particular).

  • Do not use in contact with lye or chlorine-based cleaners.
  • Keep out of reach of children!
  • S26: In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately and consult an ophthalmologist.
  • R36 : Irritating to eyes.
