Ritual of use

Light your candle with a match, in full awareness of the creative energy it symbolizes.
Sitting with back straight and eyelids closed, visualize the Sun and Moon perfectly aligned above your head.
Place your hands on your knees, then start drawing circles with your navel: inhale forwards, exhale backwards.
Extend the exhalation by pulling the navel towards the spine to make room for renewal.
Continue for 1 min 30 in one direction, then 1 min 30 in the other, gradually involving the chest.

Finish by breathing in at the center, arms raised at 60° in a V-shape, and channeling the energy into your heart.
Breathe into the posture, then gently let your arms come back down. Welcome the new vibrations.
If any intentions arise, note them in a dedicated notebook: they may manifest within 24 to 48 hours.
Visualize their realization by candlelight, then extinguish the candle with thanks.
Re-light the candle within two days to reaffirm your intentions.
