While beards have become an essential part of a man's look, they also require special daily care. What's more, a good beard isn't for everyone: it's not abundant or regular, and often resists growth. So how do you grow a beard effectively and naturally?
How do you grow a beard?
You can grow a beard by stimulating the epidermis. The first step is to take good care of your skin. Keep it clean, by cleansing it morning and night with a mild gel, and exfoliating it once a week. Clean skin allows small hairs to grow, while getting rid of dead skin stimulates the growth of hairs that would not have grown if they had been obstructed. These simple gestures of daily hygiene therefore limit the irregularity of beard growth, which can sometimes have "holes" or be sparse.
The second important dimension is skin hydration. Eucalyptus is a highly beneficial plant, stimulating hair growth and speeding it up.
More generally, a healthy lifestyle helps beard growth. This means making sure your skin is in good health (by removing ingrown hairs, for example), getting enough sleep to allow cells to regenerate, and limiting sources of stress. A body with little stress is in fact healthier, which means better beard growth, for example.
Essential oils, effective for beard growth
Stimulating beard growth may also require the use of certain products. While some people recommend taking vitamins and dietary supplements, we're going to take a closer look at the beneficial effects of essential plant oils, which can stimulate beard growth in a way that's both effective and natural.
If your beard isn't growing fast enough for your taste, or if it's growing unevenly across your face, certain oils can be applied to correct these shortcomings. To be fully effective, however, they must be used in conjunction with the advice given above.

Vegetable oils particularly recommended for beard growth are mustard and castor oil. Atlas Cedar essential oil also provides beneficial stimulation to the beard when applied, mixed with other suitable natural products. Oils can indeed be used, but only in the right quantities and with the right mixtures. For example, you can massage a dab of the following mixture into your beard in the morning and evening
So, to grow your beard, it's both necessary to maintain it regularly and conscientiously, and to use plant and/or essential oils to stimulate its growth. Skin and beard hygiene is therefore a prerequisite for the use of natural products which, while very powerful, will not be effective on dry or damaged skin.
