Anti-Aging Face Cream

Regenerating face cream with Rose and Neroli essential oils

Description

This day cream is a real cocktail of moisturizing ingredients with anti-aging properties: Cistus hydrolate, Pomegranate seed oil (rich in restructuring compounds), hydranol (acts on the skin's micro-relief, diminishes wrinkles & fine lines). Not forgetting the precious essential oils of Rose and Neroli for their regenerating virtues.

Ingredients for a 50 ml jar

Phase 1:

• 25 g mineral water
• 5 g organic rockrose hydrosol
• 1 g vegetable glycerin

Phase 2:

• 3 g Xyliance Emulsifier
• 5 g Coconut Oil
• 5 g Coco Silicone
• 2.5 g Vegetable Hydranol
• 2.5 g organic Pomegranate Seed Oil

Phase 3:

• 4 drops Vitamin E
• 16 drops Geogard
• 3 drops Rose essential oil (organic)
• 3 drops neroli essential oil (organic)

Preparation

1. Weigh out phase 1 in a beaker and mix with a spatula.

2. Weigh out phase 2 in a second beaker.

3. Heat the two beakers separately in a bain-marie to around 75°C.

4. When both beakers have reached the same temperature, remove them from the water bath and slowly pour phase 1 into the beaker containing phase 2, while stirring constantly with the emulsifying beater (deflocculating mobile) for at least 2 minutes.

5. Stir for 2 minutes: the mixture will whiten and become more viscous. Pour the mixture into a stainless steel bowl and continue stirring with a hand whisk.

6. Place the bowl in a bain-marie of cold water to cool the cream. Continue whisking.

7. Add phase 3 ingredients one by one, mixing well between each addition with a spatula.

8. Check pH with test strips.

9. Package your product.

Appearance

• Color: Ivory
• Odor: Soft floral

Shelf life :

1 month in a dry, dark place. Close jar tightly after each use. Use a spatula to remove the cream. If you notice any change in appearance or smell, do not use the product.
