Fresh Spring Cream
Description
This DIY cream is a true invitation to spring, combining the benefits of floral extracts and hyaluronic acid. Its fresh, light texture penetrates quickly, providing intense hydration without leaving the skin feeling greasy. Orange blossom hydrolate provides toning and refreshing properties, as well as a delicate, natural fragrance. Enriched with glycerine and hyaluronic acid, it plumps the skin, filling in fine lines and wrinkles, while daisy macerate helps firm and fight the signs of aging. This essential oil-free cream is ideal for sensitive skin, but you can add a few drops of Neroli essential oil for a luxurious, fragrant touch.
Ingredients for 100 g of cream
-
Phase 1:
- 3 g Vegetable glycerin
- 79.68 g Neroli hydrolate (orange blossom)
-
Phase 2:
- 4.5 g Xyliance Emulsifier
- 12 g Organic Daisy oily macerate
-
Phase 3:
- 0.02 g pure Hyaluronic Acid
- 0.8 g Geogard
Optional: 4-5 drops Neroli essential oil
Preparation
-
Mix phases 1 and 2: In a beaker, weigh orange blossom hydrosol and glycerine. In a second beaker, weigh the Xyliance and daisy macerate.
-
Heating: Heat both beakers in a bain-marie to 65°C.
-
Mixing the phases: Pour the beaker containing the hydrosol and glycerine into the second beaker. Shake with an electric mixer for around 2 minutes to allow the cream to form.
-
Cooling: Transfer the cream to a bowl and stir gently with a hand whisk. When the cream reaches a maximum temperature of 30°C, add the hyaluronic acid and Geogard preservative one by one. If desired, add 4-5 drops of Neroli essential oil.
-
Dissolve and condition: Stir by hand to dissolve completely. Check pH with pH strips; it should be between 5 and 7 before packaging in a jar.

- Appearance: Light white cream
