    Characteristics

    -Aroma: Typical, clinical Eucalyptus, a very traditional, mainstream Eucalyptus oil.

    -Appearance: watery

    -Colour: Clear, colourless or pale yellow

     

    Main botanical components : 1,8-cineole (86,25%), alpha-pinene (1,8%), limonene (1,6%), beta-pinene (1%) , sabinene  (0,2%), alpha-phellendrane (0,2%)

     

    Main properties in aromatherapy: anti-septic,cuts and sores. Relief from coughs, colds, flu, sinusitis, helps to breath easier. Use in massage for relief from headaches, arthritis, muscular aches and pains. Also use in floor washing water, add to clothes washing, bathroom cleaning, clean ink stains of clothes and remove sticker residue.

     

    Uses:

    - 2-4 drops into the oil burner, vaporiser

    - apply direct to minor wounds

    - 2-5 drops in a bath

    - 2-4 drops per litre of washing waters

    - For the massage 10 to 25 drops per 100ml of carrier oil

    Try blending with Eucalyptus radiata essential oil, Fragonia essential oil, Kunzea essential oil, Lemon Myrtle essential oil, Lemon Eucalyptus essential oil, Rosalinaessential oil, Tea Tree essential oil.

    Contraindications

    Do not use pure essential oil on the skin (causes inflammation). Not to be used by pregnant or breast-feeding women.
